Front kick (a.k.a. snap kick) expercise. It is important to raise my knee high before exerting my leg forward.
It has been +9 months post Covid 19 outbreak. Schools are closed. Taekwoon is one of the ways to keep my physical and mental health amid this vulnerable situation. I have made up my mind to post my weekly practices on my blog, so that I can keep track of my performance. Also those who want to know and explore the beauty of Taekwondo can get benefit from this, too.
